About WorkPassage
Practical connections.
Visible responsibility.
WorkPassage is an independent workflow-automation service operated by Adedapo Olaiya. The focus is ordinary business handoffs that deserve a clear owner and an understandable process.
Start with a useful
piece of work.
An enquiry, a project start, a pending approval or a weekly update can cross several tools before someone acts. WorkPassage looks at one of those transitions with you and assesses whether a small connection would genuinely help.
The service is designed around a bounded scope rather than a claim that every process needs AI. Deterministic rules can be the better answer when the decision is already known. Where judgement is needed, the person stays part of the workflow.
There are no customer results or guaranteed time-saving figures presented on this website. The examples are fictional browser illustrations, not evidence of installed customer systems. Any proposed live connection has to pass the feasibility and acceptance checks for your tools.
A clear “this is not a fit” is a legitimate outcome of that assessment. Buying new software or changing a process is not the starting assumption.
Clear scope.
No borrowed certainty.
Understand before changing.
Describe the current handoff, its owner and what is already effective. Look for a recurring problem rather than assume one.
Explain the boundaries.
Be explicit about inputs, permissions, supported cases, costs and what requires a person. Do not sell an unproven connection as ready.
Leave the process usable.
Make exceptions, recovery and handover part of the work, so operation does not depend on a convincing demonstration alone.
An independent
service.
